InnerIQ is a software
and services company founded by a team of experienced software and process
improvement professionals who recognize the need for an enabling
technology in business process outsourcing and continuous process
improvement.
Our mission is to provide best-in-class
enterprise software solutions that enable companies to own, leverage
and derive value from their process information.
Management Team
Our management team consists of seasoned
experts, managers and advisors
whose backgrounds and experience make them ideally suited to
their respective roles. The management team has over
50 years experience in the
corporate information technology solution space. A brief
review of the training and expertise they bring to InnerIQ
are as follows:

Paul
Rafalowski |
| |
Co-Founder, has over 10 years of
software sales and services experience related to product
and process development providing the necessary tools to
lead the overall sales and distribution efforts of InnerIQ.
Mr. Rafalowski has been involved in creating and driving the
company direction over the last three (3) years as one of the
original members of InnerIQ. He also served as a VP at PTC
(Parametric Technology Corporation). During his time there
he was responsible for starting up PTC’s Product Lifecycle
Management (PLM) software consulting business in Asia that
he grew to over $10M in 18 months. At this time he worked
with industry leading Asian companies to such as Toyota,
Hyundai, Sharp, Toshiba, and others to improve their
processes. He was also responsible for
managing a $100M service product portfolio and running a $50M P&L
for their software consulting business in North America
where he worked with major companies such as Boeing, KLA,
Lockheed Martin, Nike and others to do the same. Paul has a
Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of
Pittsburgh. |

Jimmie Grimes |

Co-Founder, brings over 20 years
experience in high technology engineering and business
consulting fields giving him a broad background of
experience necessary to lead the product design and
development for InnerIQ. Prior to developing the
ProcessVista product vision and founding InnerIQ in 2002, he
was a Principal Consultant at PTC where he consulted for
companies that included Boeing, EMC, Halliburton, Lockheed
Martin, NASA, PACCAR, Caterpillar Solar Turbine in North
America and several companies in Asia. Mr. Grimes worked
with Mr. Rafalowski on numerous occasions to lead the
business process analysis in preparation for architecting
customized PLM solutions that consistently delivered 20-40%
engineering and manufacturing cycle time savings. Mr. Grimes
planned and project managed implementations for Hughes,
Lockheed Martin and several others, each time meeting
delivery and process improvement targets. Mr. Grimes
established a track record of exceeding customer business
requirements for the enterprise implementation through
transforming manual processes into an automated workflow
driven IT solution. Mr. Grimes has advised companies in many
industries, including aerospace, defense, automotive and
electronic systems., focused on addressing the process needs
of clients implementing product lifecycle management
systems, integrating engineering, manufacturing production
and supply chains with enterprise technology solutions based
on a process foundation. Jimmie has had extensive course
studies in Mechanical Engineering, Process Analysis, Quality
Systems and Software Development. |

Robert Bauer |
| |
Executive Marketing
Advisor, has over 25 years of marketing and sales
executive leadership experience with both Fortune 500 &
start-up companies. Companies include IBM, Compaq, US
Robotics and 3COM. Mr. Bauer started with Compaq after their
first year and over the next 10 years assisted with initial
Dealer Development, Sales Operations and Product Marketing
efforts, ultimately having responsibility for all of North
American marketing activities. He has also worked for two
start-up companies; Inari (formerly Intelogis) where he was
VP of Marketing and iGO Corporation as VP of Sales and
Marketing where he assisted with initial public offering.
His experience includes business development, product
planning, product development, marketing, and sales for many
diverse product lines. Recognized as one of the Top 100
Marketers by Advertising Age, an award which spans all
product categories. Robert has a BA degree from University
of California, Davis. |
